  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Convert leads into in-person tours
  • Conduct high-energy apartment tours
  • Overcome objections and close the sale
  • Build long-term resident relationships to increase retention
  • Execute a structured, proven sales process

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding metrics or KPIs
  • Competitive mindset and strong closing ability
  • Coachable, resilient, and solution-oriented
