What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Convert leads into in-person tours
- Conduct high-energy apartment tours
- Overcome objections and close the sale
- Build long-term resident relationships to increase retention
- Execute a structured, proven sales process

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of exceeding metrics or KPIs
- Competitive mindset and strong closing ability
- Coachable, resilient, and solution-oriented
