Your Role as Sales Consultant:
As the face of the property, you’ll be building strong relationships, driving new leases, and delivering exceptional customer service to retain residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Guide prospects through our proven sales process
- Convert phone/email inquiries into on-site tours
- Deliver high-quality service to increase lease renewals
